Letting Service including Rent collection and monthly accounting statement – 12% inc. VAT

Fully Managed Service – 15% inc. VAT

Marketing & Set up fee including preparation of tenancy agreement, applicant referencing, Right to Rent checks, initial tenancy deposit registration with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) – £396 inc. VAT

Tenancy Check in of unfurnished property – £120 inc. VAT

Renewal of Tenancy Agreement – £120 inc. VAT

Annual Reprotection of deposit with TDS – £60 inc. VAT

Non Resident Landlord Accounting to HMRC – £55 inc. VAT

Non Resident Landlord Quarterly Accounting without approval from HMRC – £55 inc. VAT

Key Cutting – £40 inc. VAT + cost of key

Additional Property Visit – £60 inc. VAT

Court Attendance Per Hour – £120 inc. VAT

Serving of Notices – £60 inc. VAT

Annual Accounting Statement – £55 inc. VAT

Inventory Check Out – £120 inc. VAT

Preparation of Documentation to Complete a Deposit Dispute – £240 inc. VAT

Legal & Rental Protection starting from £180 inc. VAT

Arranging Refurbishment and Supervisory Charge – 12% inc. VAT
